Payment procedure
Wire transfer sponsorship amount to AfricaRice  bank account.  For transfer details, contact
SecretariatARC2013@cgiar.org, who will send an invoice for payment.

Important  :

  1. All sponsorship forms with payment details must be sent to the SecretariatARC2013@cgiar.org (one form per sponsor);

  2. The bank fees or transfer charges are not included in the Sponsorship category. Please be sure to include money to cover any bank fees or transfer charges;

  3. Kindly fax a copy of the telegraphic transfer confirmation form once payment has been made to +229 6422 7809 or email to SecretariatARC2013@cgiar.org;

  4. Sponsors' Complimentary Registrations include participation in conference, exhibition, social events, field tour, lunch & coffee, and conference materials;  and
